Business Analyst – Digital Transformation. At CGI, we empower our clients to reimagine public services through digital innovation that delivers measurable impact.
As a Business Analyst on a major Northern Ireland public sector transformation programme, you will shape smarter, more efficient digital solutions that improve services for citizens and drive real organisational change. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team where collaboration, ownership, and creativity are at the heart of everything we do.
Due to the secure nature of the programme, you will need to hold UK Security Clearance or be eligible to go through this clearance. This is a hybrid position.
In this role, you will take the lead in analysing, defining, and documenting business and data requirements that underpin a major digital transformation across the public sector. Working closely with Product Owners, data specialists, and technical delivery teams, you will ensure each solution delivers tangible value and aligns with strategic goals. You will play a key role in stakeholder engagement, shaping user stories, and supporting the design of practical, user-centred digital services that drive long-term improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll bring a blend of analytical expertise, stakeholder management skills, and practical Agile experience.
Competitive salary, excellent pension, private healthcare, and a share scheme (3.5% + 3.5% matching) which makes you a CGI Partner not just an employee.
