Assisting in project administration and providing secretarial support to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Experience within an administration role is essential
  • Microsoft office suite (Intermediate level)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good communicational and organisational skills

  • Experience of invoicing and billing is advantageous
  • Assisting with travel and booking meetings
  • Experience of maintaining and managing diaries
  • Submission of planning applications/appeals via the Planning Portal/PINS would be advantageous
  • Assisting the Office Manager with Ad Hoc projects and administration
