Overview of the Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will support a range of administrative and organisational tasks that keep our business operating smoothly. You will work closely with our team, assisting with documentation, planning, customer service, and day‑to‑day office duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with project management, supporting activities from initiation through to completion
  • Use Microsoft Office and other IT tools efficiently
  • Organise internal and external events and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Manage stock levels and place inventory orders
  • Print and prepare training materials for internal staff and course delivery
  • Provide coaching and support to team members where required
  • Assist with invoicing and other financial administration tasks
  • Support the business by engaging with social media platforms
  • Create and issue certificates for training completions
  • Handle customer queries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
  • Draft and produce official documents and business correspondence
Requirements (Essential)
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above
  • Ability to reliably commute to Stockton-on-Tees (TS18)
Preferred
  • 1 year of office experience
  • Full driving licence and access to a car
Pay & Employment Details
  • Salary: £14,918.80 per year
