A leading recruitment agency in the United Kingdom is seeking a professional to join their team. You will be responsible for handling incoming calls, liaising with clients and surveyors, and ensuring proper documentation and communication at all times. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in IT packages, and pay attention to detail. Answer all incoming telephone calls and distribute/deal with accordingly. To be professional and always understanding with the client. Be of as much assistance in providing the right level of service. Liaise with All clients, Insurance Company and Policy holder, via telephone in accepting new instructions. Appoint the correct Surveyor and undertake all necessary Risk Assessments as required. Re-assure client at all times Make the necessary appointments and keep Job Manager, Client portals and Diary up-to-date at all times. Good Communication levels at all times Emergency Call-Outs – deal with these on a daily basis and communicate with relevant member of staff to allocate correct teams to undertake works Ensure speedy and efficient response, making sure all systems are up-to- date at all times Monitor all phone calls and establish whether caller is genuine or not i.e. sales reps. Ask plenty of questions or get relevant information and calls can be returned Ensure Surveyors have all relevant information, or as much information as is available for them to undertake their works. Have regular contact with the Surveyors and where possible maintain an open communication pattern Where jobs may entail Drying out works ensure system is updated accordingly Get as much information as possible from Surveyor and input onto Job Manager Where works require strip Out ensure system is updated with all relevant information Ensure all report from drying company are requested so that we can limit the number of visits required to undertake the tasks Ensure attention to detail is given when saving files as this must be in the correct folder for final accounting and for the relevant claim Produce paperwork for Site Operatives to enable them to complete their tasks including completing and providing the necessary H&S documentation Proficient in use of IT packages Scanning documents and saving to the correct system Matching Invoices to delivery notes Assisting in other teams where required.
