Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Manage emails and incoming post, distributing as required
  • Maintain accurate filing systems – both digital and paper-based
  • Type letters, documents, and property details using templates
  • Organise diaries, appointments, and property viewings for staff
  • Keep office supplies stocked and organised
  • Assist with data entry and updating internal systems
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection policies
