Job summary

A local employment agency is looking for an individual to assist with client communication and general office administration. The role involves creating quotes, managing phone calls, and supporting the maintenance team. Candidates should have GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths and exhibit strong communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Creating and sending quotes to clients across both the security and maintenance divisions.
  • Answering and making phone calls, including urgent calls that require prioritizing.
  • General office administration tasks.
  • Using our computer systems and digital software confidently.
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Organising files, emails, and documents.
  • Handling enquiries and passing messages to the relevant teams.
  • Assisting with scheduling maintenance jobs and coordinating contractors.
  • Supporting workflow between the maintenance team and housing associations.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with scheduling maintenance jobs and coordinating contractors where needed
  • Supporting workflow between the maintenance team and housing associations to the relevant teams
Working Hours

The learner will work three days per week, with the specific days to be agreed. Working hours will be between Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (1-hour lunch). In order to apply for this role you have to have been in the UK for 3 years or more.

Training

All training will be provided on site during your paid working hours. Your day to day mentoring will be with your employer, and a combination of online and in person monthly sessions will be held with your Haddon Training Trainer Coach.

Qualifications Required

GCSE or Equivalent in English and Maths.
