Job description

We are seeking an organised, discreet, and proactive Business Administrator to support the Business Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a good understanding of the operations of a working office and environment. This is a permanent full-time position, with the opportunity to work from home one day a week.

Hours: 9.00 am – 18.00 pm. Monday to Friday
Location: Belgravia - close to Victoria train station

Key Responsibilities
  • Updating the calendar and attendance records, preparing and formatting documents, replenishing office supplies, providing administrative ad hoc support, answering the telephone, booking meeting rooms, and onboarding new employees.
  • Ensuring all travel information is up to date and recorded correctly.
  • Maintaining the office filing system, completing any data entries.
  • Undertaking some research, gathering information on various topics, handling queries from the team.
