About the Role

We are looking for a enthusiastic and self–motivated Business Administrator to provide support to the Education Division Assessment and Planning team. You will be the first point of contact with parents/carers, students, agencies, schools and staff, ensuring the first impression given is of the highest standard whether in person or over the telephone. If you enjoy working in administration in a fast‑paced environment and want to further this by providing a valuable role in public service, then we would love to hear from you. The successful candidate will work in our Children's Services Department providing high‑level administrative support to our Assessment and Planning Team who support children and young people with Special Educational Needs, and their families, across East Sussex. You will need great organisational skills, accurate minute‑taking skills, the ability to work under pressure, excellent communication and MS Office skills and a desire to make a difference to the families we work with.
