Responsibilities
  • Possibility of a full-time position upon completion of the apprenticeship
  • Act as the first point of contact for new client enquiries, either via phone, email, or in person
  • Provide a professional and welcoming experience for potential clients
  • Accurately open new client files, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained, processed, and properly stored in line with the departments procedures
  • Provide adhoc secretarial duties, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence
  • Assist with managing and responding to client queries, maintaining regular communication and ensuring a high level of client satisfactionAssist with general administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, filing, and document management
