Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer enquiries regarding domestic and international freight forwarding.
  • Manage customer bookings and quotations for air, ocean, and road shipments.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and carrier teams to ensure on‑time deliveries.
  • Track and monitor shipments, providing accurate updates to customers.
  • Prepare and process essential documentation (bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork).
  • Handle service issues, claims, and billing queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Support credit requests and assist with invoice clarification.
  • Maintain accurate customer and shipment records on internal systems.
  • Build strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent service and clear communication.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and international trade regulations.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support wider business operations.
