  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with enquiries from schools and candidates.

  • Support compliance tasks, including maintaining accurate records.
  • Help with office organisation, scheduling, and daily operations.
  • Learn to use internal systems and databases to support business processes.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve office efficiency.
