A Typical Day in the Role

As a Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll be involved in a wide variety of tasks, including:

  • Office coordination – supporting the daily activities of the office
  • Data entry and record keeping – accurately updating systems
  • Customer service – answering calls and emails
  • Document management – maintaining up-to-date recordsCompliance and administration – helping to monitor key documents
  • General office duties – filing, photocopying, organising paperwork, and helping prepare reports for management.
What You’ll Learn

During your apprenticeship, you’ll gain valuable experience and knowledge in:

  • Business administration processes and best practices
