Job summary

Pernod Ricard is offering a 12-month Business Acceleration placement based in Chiswick, London. You will link Chivas Brothers brand teams, Global Travel Retail and domestic markets, coordinating products, samples and assets while learning how global brands operate across markets.

You’ll build internal networks, manage timelines and adapt to changing priorities, gaining exposure to strategy and market-specific requirements.

Placement title: Business Acceleration PlacementLocation: Chiswick, LondonRole type: Approximately 12-month work placement commencing mid-June 2027 and finishing at the end of June 2028Way of working: Our hybrid working policy requires 10 days in the office per month. You'll work with colleagues globally, building a strong internal network will be central to the role: getting to know each brand team and its key contacts, understanding who to approach for information and decisions, and maintaining relationships across locations.No two weeks will look the same. You'll support a varied mix of projects, adapt to changing priorities and take ownership of the coordination and administration that keep things moving. For example, a project such as a new product launch, could involve coordinating products and samples across several markets, understanding local requirements, liaising on supply chain needs and working through sample distribution arrangements.You'll also help markets understand which brand assets they can use and when, gather their requirements and feed updates back to the relevant brand teams. By summarising strong examples of market activity, sharing best practice and connecting the right people, you'll help identify gaps and support more joined-up ways of working.Alongside the hands-on coordination, you'll gain exposure to strategy and see how global brands operate across different markets. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to a broad range of projects and understand how GTR and domestic market activity differ and how the teams work together.
