PNC's Asset Management Group (AMG) seeks a Business Systems Analyst Consultant. Based in Birmingham, AL, you will partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document requirements, functional specs, and workflows.

You will translate needs into actionable system requirements, support solution design, validate dependencies, and drive alignment across delivery teams while communicating effectively with both sales-focused and process-focused groups.

Qualifications

As a Business Systems Analyst Consultant within PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG) organization, you will be based in Birmingham, AL, Strongsville, OH, Denver, CO, Phoenix, AZ, Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX.

Responsibilities

• Partner with AMG business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and system workflows.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements while considering data, process, and technology constraints.
• Support solution design by validating requirements, identifying dependencies, and ensuring alignment with downstream systems and enterprise standards.
• Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, and technology delivery teams to drive shared understanding of scope, priorities, and outcomes.
• Facilitate working sessions, requirement reviews, and walkthroughs to validate understanding and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Communicate effectively across both sales-focused and process-focused groups, tailoring messaging to audience needs.

Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $120,750.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
