Job summary

Stagecoach North Scotland is seeking a Fueller/Shunter for the Thurso Depot. The role involves fueling, washing and maintaining vehicles to high standards, with a 40-hour week from 13:00 to 21:30 on a 5 over 7 pattern. Benefits include 28 days holiday (rising to 33), pension, staff travel, discounts, and career progression.

You will work as part of a team, but also perform tasks independently, ensuring safety and compliance with company policies and health & safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Fully comply with health and safety, engineering legislation and company policies.
• Be a reliable team player with positive work ethic and commitment.
• Flexibility to meet business needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and wash vehicles to meet service requirements.
• Top up oil, coolant and windscreen levels.
• Park vehicles safely and in an orderly manner.
• Adhere to Stagecoach Group Health and Safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of vehicles and depot areas.
