Job summary

Stagecoach Cheltenham is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Trainee Bus Drivers. You will receive fully paid training to gain your PCV licence through a Level 2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship, with earnings while you learn.

After training, annual earnings are based on a 39-hour week as a qualified driver, at Cheltenham depot. No driving experience is required to start the apprenticeship; a positive attitude and a passion for great customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• You must be 18+ and hold a driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Right to work in the UK with DVLA residency requirements.
• Patient, safe and courteous approach.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a brilliant team.
• Simple application process followed by interview.

• Drive our fleet safely and confidently.
• Deliver top-notch customer service to all customers.
• Create a welcoming environment and ensure customers feel cared for.
• Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
