Job summary

Stagecoach in Perth is seeking a friendly Fueller/Shunter to fuel, wash and check a fleet of buses. You will work on the back shift in a busy depot, handling daily fuelling, coolant/oil top-ups, and fleet checks while maintaining interior cleanliness.

The role requires a driving licence and offers a competitive £13.45 per hour plus a daily shift allowance, with benefits including bus travel, pension, sick pay, generous leave, and training.

Qualifications

• Experience in bus or PSV fleet is beneficial.
• PSV/HGV license preferred but not essential.
• Driving licence is a requirement.
• Experience with cleaning buses and handling chemicals is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Wash the fleet to a high standard.
• Daily fuelling of the buses.
• Top up coolant and engine oils daily.
• Record fuel, coolant and oil usage daily.
• Report fleet issues and panel damage.
• Carry out and report fleet checks as required.
• Interior cleaning of buses when needed.
