Job summary

A Kent family business is seeking a skilled technician to maintain their fleet of buses and coaches. The role involves fault finding, repairs, and routine vehicle servicing. Ideal candidates should have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Heavy Vehicle Repair. Competitive pay of £20 per hour, stable hours with no late shifts, and a friendly environment are offered. Qualifications

• Demonstrate previous experience with coaches and buses like Volvo, Scania, and Mercedes.
• Must have a full driving license with no more than 6 points.
• Experience as an HGV or PSV Technician/Mechanic needed.

Responsibilities

• Fault finding and carrying out repairs on vehicles.
• Undertaking vehicle maintenance and servicing on a varied fleet.
• Ensuring repairs to company vehicles are completed timely.

Skills

City and Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent

Diagnostic skills and Electrical experience

Experience working on coaches and buses

Education
