Job summary

West Coast Motors in Dunoon is seeking professional and customer-focused Bus and Coach Drivers to join our friendly team. Operating modern vehicles on some of Scotland’s most scenic and rural routes, you’ll play a vital role in connecting local communities and providing an excellent experience for our customers.

We have both full-time and part-time opportunities available, with a range of shift patterns to support different lifestyles and work-life balance.

Qualifications

• A valid PCV licence is required.
• A digital tachograph card is required.
• Professional, reliable and safety-focused approach.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering a safe and dependable service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to every passenger.
• Safely operate company vehicles on scheduled services.
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately and responsibly.
• Provide travel information and assistance to customers when required.
• Work independently while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.
• Help ensure customers reach their destination safely and on time.

The Role

As a Driver, you’ll:
