Butlin's is seeking a Team Member Plus to support multiple resort teams and deliver memorable guest experiences. You’ll split time cleaning guest accommodation on Mondays and Fridays, with the rest of the week spent at Burger King. No prior experience is required, and apprenticeships are available during recruitment.

You’ll receive a comprehensive 90-day induction and a buddy to help you settle in. This role offers hands-on hospitality exposure across guest-facing areas.

About the role 'Getting Stuck In' is one of our key values, and that's exactly what this role is all about.

As a Team Member Plus, you won't be tied to one department. Instead, you'll work across the resort supporting different teams and helping deliver a fantastic experience for our guests.

No two days are the same. You'll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning guest accommodation, with the rest of your week taking you into Burger King. Do you know we also offer apprenticeships? For this role, we have apprenticeships such as Food & Beverage Team Member Level 2, Frontline Cleaner Level 2 and Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship Training Courses. About You

We're looking for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who enjoy learning new skills and working with others. No previous experience is needed - what matters most is your attitude, your energy, a willingness to get stuck in, and a genuine passion for making a difference to our guests.

• Full-time role
• 30-35 hours per week, worked across 5 days out of 7
• Includes evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation is available if you're relocating
• Must be over 18
