About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Bureau / Legacy Manager to join our London operations within a leading global insurance brokerage. This is a key leadership position overseeing bureau and non‑bureau processes, driving operational effectiveness, and supporting legacy remediation across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end management of both Bureau and Non‑Bureau processes.
- Oversee IMR, Lloyd's Account Enquiry, and associated insurer‑side workflows.
- Take ownership of legacy issues, implementing practical solutions and long‑term process improvements.
- Manage and develop a high‑performing team, including workload planning, prioritisation, and performance oversight.
- Deliver against operational and project targets with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
- Present confidently at Steering Committees and Board meetings, providing clear project updates, data‑driven insights, and progress reporting.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth market interaction and delivery of agreed objectives.
About You
- Strong understanding of insurer‑side processes with hands‑on experience in Bureau and Non‑Bureau operations. Minimum 5 years insurance experience .
- Deep knowledge of IMR, Lloyd's Account Enquiry, and related market systems.
- Proven background handling legacy accounts and associated operational challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to set workloads, motivate teams, and drive accountability.
- Target‑driven mindset with a proactive, problem‑solving approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
