JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is looking for a talented Project Manager to join the Beauty team focus on Product Development. This role is central to our partnership with Coty, delivering Beauty Product, Graphics, and Campaign projects that inspire and perform.

As Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end process, from planning and resourcing to development and production, ensuring timelines, budgets, and milestones are met. You will manage prototypes, coordinate suppliers, and keep projects moving at pace, protecting quality at every stage.

Collaboration is key for this position. You will bring together internal and external stakeholders, resolve blockers, and enable Coty to deliver launches aligned to our three-year plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Own Beauty Product & Graphics projects from briefing through delivery, aligned to the three-year plan.
  • Drive multiple projects at pace, ensuring they stay on brief, on time, and within budget using best‑in‑class tools.
  • Lead with clarity and confidence, balancing strategic priorities with creative excellence at every stage.
  • Champion collaboration, supporting teams to deliver seamless creative and strategic outcomes.
  • Identify risks early and resolve blockers, providing clear solutions to keep projects moving.
  • Plan and run key review sessions, setting agendas and next steps to protect timelines and quality.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional results.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Proven experience managing Graphics, Product Design, and Campaign projects, with a strong understanding of creative processes end-to-end.
  • Ability to deliver projects on time and on budget, balancing multiple team needs and priorities with confidence and clarity.
  • A proactive, detail-driven mindset, thriving under deadlines and managing multiple tasks with exceptional organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including facilitation, presentations, and written communication, to build trusted stakeholder relationships.
  • A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with a can-do attitude and the ability to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Passion for driving change and inspiring creativity, while working seamlessly within a team environment.
