Bulk Logistics Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company for an experienced Bulk Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end bulk transport and fleet operations.

This is a senior, hands‑on role responsible for planning and coordinating bulk deliveries, managing drivers and fleet assets, ensuring full regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across logistics operations. You’ll work closely with suppliers, production plants, maintenance, sales, and senior management to ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective delivery to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage bulk logistics, routes, and daily delivery schedules.
• Lead, coach, and manage drivers and logistics personnel.
• Oversee fleet performance, maintenance, inspections, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to transport, health & safety, and environmental regulations.
