Qualifications

• Health & safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH, SMSTS) and training in asbestos and legionella management.
• Experience in project management within complex facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of all reactive and programmed maintenance and minor billable works.
• Oversee site-specific maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage risks.
• Support Net Zero initiatives and drive carbon reduction projects.
• Lead a high-performing team and ensure their professional development.

Skills

Technical expertise in building, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering

Strong IT proficiency

Experience in hard FM services

Ability to obtain SC Clearance

Education

HNC / HND in a relevant field
