• Oversee site-specific maintenance schedules.
• Support Net Zero initiatives and drive carbon reduction projects.

Skills

Technical expertise in building, civil, electrical, or mechanical engineering

Strong IT proficiency including Microsoft Office and collaborative tools

Experience in hard FM services and project management

Education

HNC/HND in a relevant field

Health & safety qualifications (e.g. IOSH, SMSTS)
