You will have your own mini "school family" around 6 schools, so you will get to know the people, the sites and what matters to them, you will be their go-to person for making improvements happen.

And yes, you will design exciting, energetic safe spaces that inspire learning and make pupils and staff proud.

Working hours: 37 hours a week, full time, all year

Location: This is a hybrid role, based at Head Office in Kidsgrove, with regular on-site working across schools within the Trust and occasional remote working.
