Responsibilities

• Building Systems Technician role position dealing the technical requirements of a range of facades and cladding products.
• Prepare technical notes, drawings, calculations, and documentation to support senior staff and projects.
• Produce and update accurate CAD details, project packs, and technical files.
• Provide clear technical support to customers and teams, escalating complex issues.
• Assist with major projects, testing, accreditation, and managing technical data.
• Build product expertise, follow industry standards, and help the Technical Services team run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of facades, cladding or building envelope systems.
• HNC, HND or equivalent qualifications.
• Ideally have CAD experience.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Confidence emailing and calling different stakeholders.
• IT literate (Microsoft Office).
• Organised, dynamic and self-motivated.
