A leading recruitment agency is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor/Project Manager to support the Asset Programme in West Midlands. We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with Project Management and FM experience to support the Asset Programme.
This role is focusing on providing day-to-day technical and programme support across the council’s operational estate, working closely with the council’s FM delivery partner.
The postholder will act as a key liaison between the council and the FM provider, ensuring works are scoped, commissioned, monitored and delivered effectively.
