Job summary

CS2 Chartered Surveyors, part of RSK Group, seeks a Building Surveyor to join our Milton Keynes office on a full-time basis. You will deliver professional surveying services, conduct inspections, acquire surveys, dilapidations, and contract administration across diverse projects.

You will work with clients and colleagues, maintain CPD, and stay informed on relevant legislation. This is an opportunity to progress within a growing multi-disciplinary team within the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• A relevant RICS accredited university degree.
• MRICS membership is required or pursued.
• Experience dealing with and advising on a range of building-related matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional building surveying duties including inspections, acquisitions surveys, dilapidations, contract administration and refurbishment projects.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Keep up-to-date with legislation affecting building surveying and share knowledge with the team.
• Record CPD per RICS requirements and liaise with other company functions as needed.
• Prepare timely administration such as timesheets, expenses and invoices.
• Adhere to health & safety and quality management policies.
