The role suits a Building Surveyor with 1+ years of experience aiming to become Chartered and lead projects. Key duties include leading client briefs, delivering surveys and defect analyses, and managing tender documentation.

Qualifications

• Building Surveying degree required or equivalent.
• Working towards Chartership is expected.
• Proven experience in a similar role within commercial, retail, or education sectors.
• Strong communication, presentation and client-facing skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage client expectations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD/REVIT/NBS Chorus advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop detailed client briefs with stakeholders and seniors.
• Deliver professional building surveying services including surveys and defect analysis.
• Prepare and manage designs, specs, and tender docs.
• Administer JCT contracts and related processes.
• Maintain strong client liaison for successful project outcomes.
