Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Building Surveying.
• Ideally RICS accredited or progressing towards MRICS.
• Strong technical knowledge of construction and building pathology.

Responsibilities

• Carry out building surveys and condition reports.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and contract documentation.
• Oversee refurbishment and repair projects from start to finish.
• Provide professional advice on property matters.
• Support project management activities.
