A housing provider is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their Repairs & Maintenance team in Ealing or Staines. We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Repairs & Maintenance team, specialising in damp, mould, and disrepair across our housing portfolio. Using your technical expertise, you will play a vital role in safeguarding the long‑term condition of our homes, ensuring they remain safe, compliant, and well‑maintained for our residents.
You will diagnose complex damp and mould issues, assess disrepair, manage risks, and deliver high‑quality technical solutions. This is a meaningful role where your work directly improves living conditions and contributes to healthier, safer homes.
This position is ideal for surveyors with experience in Housing Associations, Local Authorities, Social Housing, or residential repairs environments who are confident navigating compliance requirements, regulations, and resident‑focused service delivery.
