The role requires strong project management skills and a collaborative spirit to create lasting results. Responsibilities include planning applications, site inspections, and detailed reporting. Ideal candidates will have comprehensive knowledge of building materials and experience in contract administration, ideally with the JCT form. A full UK Driving Licence is required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience as a consultant building surveyor.
• Experienced in writing specifications and schedules of works.
• Thorough knowledge of planning and building regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and apply for planning and building regulations approval.
• Support Senior members in contract administration duties.
• Complete inspections and produce accurate reports on condition.
