A modern, forward-thinking consultancy are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Birmingham.

About the Role - Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will join a well-established and highly reputable consultancy with two offices across the UK and exciting plans to open a third.

You will play a key role in delivering a variety of projects across diverse sectors including commercial, office, industrial and manufacturing, providing professional services such as condition surveys, defect analysis, dilapidations, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), party wall matters, neighbourly matters and contract administration.

You will also be trusted to manage client relationships, contribute to business development and support junior team members as the team continues to grow.

This consultancy offers clear, structured career progression with a defined pathway through to Senior Associate and Partner levels, alongside ongoing professional development and mentoring. About You - Building Surveyor

• A degree in Building Surveying
• MRICS or close to completing APC
• Experience across commercial, industrial & office sectors is beneficial but not essential
