• An interest in Building Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with building condition surveys and producing reports.
• Supporting the preparation of tender documentation.
• Assisting with tender submissions and contractor analysis.
• Attending pre-contract briefings and ensuring project handovers.
• Carrying out regular site inspections for quality and safety.
• Inputting fee projections for financial profiling.
• Attending client and project meetings.
• Travelling to sites and client locations as required.
