Building Surveyor needed in Southampton

This is a temporary contract paying £23.70ph PAYE

The reference number is: 5285417

The successful candidate will be an experienced Building Surveyor with Damp and Mould related tasks. They will lead and coordinate damp and mould-related maintenance, and improvement works across our estates. This is a key role in ensuring our properties remain safe, healthy, and compliant environments for residents and staff.

You will manage a portfolio of minor works projects, with a strong focus on specifying, and delivering remedial works to address damp, mould, and condensation issues. Working closely with surveyors, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality outcomes.
