A leading retail cooperative in Kettering is seeking a Building Surveyor to join its Property team. This role focuses on construction projects, ensuring high quality and cost efficiency. Flexible work arrangements are offered as you will split your time between remote work and site visits across the UK.
£54,000 - £68,000 plus benefits including company car (Work Level 5)
Field based role; in this role you’ll be splitting your time between working from home and visiting construction sites across the UK.
We’re looking for a Building Surveyor to join our Property team and focus on construction projects across our estate. You’ll play a key role in shaping specifications, supporting tender submissions, and ensuring projects deliver on cost, quality, and time. This role combines technical expertise with commercial insight, helping us achieve best value and drive continuous improvement across our varied property portfolio.
Our varied estate includes a diverse mix of trading and non‑trading sites, each with unique challenges. This role ensures we make smart decisions about capital investment, balancing compliance, buildability, and cost efficiency. You’ll influence how we approach procurement, materials, and design standards, supporting our ambition to deliver high‑quality spaces while maximising commercial value.
