Job summary

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an interim Building Surveyor for a 6-month assignment focused on social housing in the South East. The role requires 2+ years in Building Surveying and flexibility for 2–3 days in the office with remaining days working from home.

Desirable candidates will be RICS or CIOB qualified (not essential) and experienced in damp and mould assessments, with the ability to complete write-ups for surveys in the afternoon.

Qualifications

• Must have damp and mould assessment capabilities.
• Conduct 3–4 damp and mould surveys in the morning and write them up in the afternoon.

Job description

One of my Local Authority clients based in the South East is looking for a Building Surveyor on an interim basis for 6 months.

Ideally you will:

• Be RICS or CIOB qualified (although not essential)
• Based in a commutable distance to the South East (2/3 days in office, rest is WFH)
• Have 2+ years experience within Building Surveying in a social housing capacity.

Responsibilities include:

• Damp and Mould assessments.
• General Building Surveying duties (3-4 Damp and Mould surveys in the morning and write them up in the afternoon)
