Job summary

Prosper Consulting is seeking a Building Surveyor to work across Education, Healthcare and Public Sector projects in London and the South. You will contribute to project delivery from assessment to final completion, coordinating with clients and design teams.

The role offers flexible/remote working (2-3 days WFH), APC support, a highly competitive salary, and opportunities for professional development. Central London office with a focus on client relations and technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in a construction related discipline.
• Membership of RICS (or working towards).

As Building Surveyor, you will work across a variety of Education, Healthcare & Public Sector projects across London and the South.

Values range between £100k - £100M.

Office Location: Central London (Covent Garden)

Head Count: 150+

Project Sectors: Education, Healthcare & Public Sector

Requirements for the Building Surveyor:

• Degree qualified - within a construction related discipline
• Membership of RICS (or working towards this)
• Excellent time management
• Understanding of the needs and demands of clients and will to exceed their expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - both written and verbal
• Able to prioritise workload, planning ahead as required
• Able to work individually or in a team
• Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
• Good business development skills
