A local government authority in England is seeking a full-time Building Surveyor to manage a diverse building portfolio including schools, leisure centres, and community facilities. You will oversee maintenance projects and provide a professional surveying service to ensure the Council's properties are well-managed. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence and a passion for property management. This role offers a salary range of £42,839 to £46,142 per annum.

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent Building Surveyor within the Corporate Landlord Services Team. This is a chance to make a difference within the Directorate, an effective, efficient, and economic repair & maintenance service to keep the Council’s property portfolio fit for purpose and to protect the value of its property assets.
We are looking for someone with a passion for property management, and the drive to make a real impact. You will join a team of experienced Building Surveyors and will have responsibility for a building portfolio which will include school and educational buildings, leisure centres, family / children’s / youth centres and Council Depots.
