A local council in the UK seeks a full-time Building Surveyor to manage a diverse portfolio within the Corporate Landlord Services Team. Responsibilities include acting as project manager on maintenance schemes and providing building surveying services. Candidates must possess a full UK Driving Licence and a passion for property management. The role requires working in the office at least three days a week. A competitive salary in the range of £42,839 - £46,142 is offered.

An opportunity has arisen for a full-time permanent Building Surveyor within the Corporate Landlord Services Team. This is a chance to make a difference within the Directorate, an effective, efficient, and economic repair & maintenance service to keep the Council’s property portfolio fit for purpose and to protect the value of its property assets.
We are looking for someone with a passion for property management, and the drive to make a real impact. You will join a team of experienced Building Surveyors and will have responsibility for a building portfolio which will include school and educational buildings, leisure centres, family / children’s / youth centres and Council Depots.
