Building Surveyor - 3 Years Minimum Experience

Location: Billericay, Essex

Salary: Depeding on experience

A multi‑disciplinary building surveying practice that has rapidly developed a reputation for delivering a high‑quality service and reliability, with a personal approach and positive attitude. Offices in Brentwood and Central London, they service the whole Greater London area and the Southeast but also work with clients throughout the UK.

The Role

A rare opportunity for a Building Surveyor with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to work in their Shenfield Office (hybrid acceptable but must be able to commute into London and Essex) has been made available due to increased workload and company growth. This is a perfect position for a surveyor who has the ability and passion to progress their career within a multi‑faced company with drive, ambition and quality staff. You will be working in various sectors, including residential and commercial. The ambition and strategy are for the ideal candidate to manage, mentor and grow a team under their supervision.

Ideally, you will be an enthusiastic building surveyor, preferably chartered or near‑chartered, with experience covering duties such as project management, contract administration, building surveys, party wall, dilapidations, licence to alter and condition reports.
