The rate is £20.98ph PAYE

The successful candidate will work on 73 flats, which have planned maintenance work starting. This role is a range of structural and external planned maintenance work with a contract value of around £1.2m.

They will provide day-to- day contact for this project, liaise with internal stakeholders, oversee quality of work, review contract variation requests, and deal with site issues as they arise.
