Qualifications

Building Surveyor - SME practice, working in a close-knit and supportive team!

A small to medium sized consultancy client of mine, are now seeking a ground-hitting Building Surveyor to join their expanding team based in Bournemouth. This is an opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is keen to work on a variety of public and private sector projects.

Role and responsibilities
  • As the new Building Surveyor, you will be working on a mixture of projects including internal refit outs for high end residential properties, commercial restraint fit outs, internal redecorations, and residential blocks.
  • This role offers the chosen Building Surveyor the full range of project and professional service lines, allowing you to have a variety of work and the chance to gain strong experience.
  • You will be covering work across the Southeast of the country.

  • This role will suit a capable and self-sufficient individual, who can work on their own initiative as well as part of a wider team and who is driven to succeed.
  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
