Job summary

Nuffield Health Rugby FWC is seeking a Building Services Technician to maintain and operate our facilities, from the building shell to surrounding grounds, including pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.

You will have an electrical qualification (17th edition or equivalent) and solid Building Management Systems knowledge, plus experience with emergency lighting testing, PAT and water hygiene, working in a large industrial unit.

• Responsible for the whole site—from the building shell to surrounding grounds; maintain pools and plant.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the whole site—from the building shell to surrounding grounds.
• Maintain swimming pools, mechanical plant, air conditioning, heating and ventilation.
• Deal with queries and issues using an electronic CAFM system.
• Inspire the team to strive for constant improvement by leading by example.
• Operate an effective preventative maintenance programme using hands-on skills.
• Help develop skills of others to build a strong team.
