Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Building Services and buildings Clerk of Works or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Sound understanding of Building Regulations, British Standards, and Health & Safety legislation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Identify and document defects and work collaboratively for resolution.
• Maintain detailed site records and prepare comprehensive reports.
