Frasers Group is seeking a Building Services Shift Manager to lead a hands-on shift operation in our warehouse. You will coordinate engineers, manage workload priorities, and ensure safety and high standards while liaising with Operations and Facilities teams.
The role requires extensive maintenance experience, strong technical background, and effective communication skills to drive efficiency in a fast-paced retail warehousing environment.

The Building Services Shift Manager is responsible for leading a hands on shift operation to ensure the warehouse remains safe, compliant, fully operational, and well maintained. This role involves prioritising workloads, allocating tasks, and providing di rect support to engineers and technicians. The postholder will respond to breakdowns and urgent facilities issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication across both Operations and Facilities teams. Acting as the first point of escalation for all facilities related technical issues during shift, the Building Services Shift Manager will ensure repairs are completed to the required standard, risks are appropriately managed, and any significant concerns the Site Facilities Manager and Building Services Manager.
