Qualifications

• Experience in the Building Services industry.
• Recognisable experience in a Contract Manager role.
• Understanding of Health and Safety issues, NEBOSH/IOSH training is desirable.
• Good level of English and Mathematics.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of staff and maintenance of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Conduct regular reviews of operating procedures and make improvement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.
• Provide leadership and guidance to ensure team effectiveness.
