Job summary

We value chartership progress, BIM proficiency (Revit) and experience with thermal modelling (IES). Senior roles include leadership, client engagement and strategic direction in digital engineering.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Building Services Engineering or related field; chartership pursued or in progress.
• Background in mechanical building services design with focus on energy and carbon.
• Proficient in BIM environments, especially Revit; experience with dynamic thermal modelling (IES).
• Strong leadership to lead multidisciplinary projects; oversee quality, deliverables and client engagement.
• Commercial awareness to plan resources and contribute to business development.

Responsibilities

• Feasibility studies and detailed design through to completion for mechanical building services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated, sustainable systems.
• Lead complex, multi-sector projects; provide technical oversight and quality assurance.
• Support business development, client engagement and innovation in sustainable and digital engineering.
