What we need

• Relevant Mechanical Building Services qualification (e.g. BSc, City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
• CIBSE qualification or accreditation would be beneficial
• Proven experience in mechanical installations and project management
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial, domestic and industrial mechanical systems
• Exceptional leadership, management, and organisational skills
• Confident with a range of IT systems and software
• Up‑to‑date understanding of Health & Safety legislation and compliance
• Self motivated, proactive and a positive attitude
• Excellent team player with the ability to integrate and inspire others
• Full UK driving licence (minimum 6 months’ experience post-test)
• Willingness to undertake training and personal development
• Commitment to maintaining professional standards and continuous improvement

This is a full‑time position (42 hours per week) requiring travel and occasional overnight stays as needed.

• Monday to Thursday 07:45hrs to 17:15hrs
• Friday 07:45hrs to 16:45hrs
